The Studio is light and suprisingly spacious, decorated in sun-soaked colours. There are zones for cooking, dining, chilling-out and sleeping... plus a lovely shower room... and a private terrace overlooking the back garden!
The Garden Terrace Cottage on the ground-floor is popular for guests who have mobility issues and also for families with young children, as is at the back of the Ellingham Cottages complex with a large private terrace overlooking the garden. Like the garden terrace cottage on two levels, it enjoys a built-in BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy al-fresco dining. The spacious living room enjoys the afternoon and evening sunshine and is ideal for watching your children play in the garden. The master bedroom also has garden doors opening to the terrace, perfect for stumbling out of bed and enjoying your morning cup of tea! The cottage is popular as the bathroom is on the same level as the bedrooms (which is not the case with our standard cottages), is wonderfully spacious and has a large walk-in shower.
The cottage is rated as 'partially accessible' by AccessAble . There is a ramp leading to the front door, plus from the living room to the terrace. The hall and doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through and manoeuvre. The light switches are set lower on the walls. The door thresholds have a 1cm height. The two-bedroom superier ground-floor cottage sleeps 4 persons, plus one infant under the age of two years (in a travel cot). It is available for available for weekly bookings for guests arriving on a Saturday.

These 'superior' cottages are on two-levels and enjoy some extra touches. The Courtyard Cottage has an enclosed courtyard that glows with fairy lights. The Garden Terrace Cottage has a terrace overlooking the back garden.

A non-refundable deposit/initial payment of 30% is required to confirm your reservation and is requested at the booking stage. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the total cost of your holiday rental will be processed at the booking stage.
