A non-refundable deposit/initial payment of 30% is required to confirm your reservation and is requested at the booking stage. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the total cost of your holiday rental will be processed at the booking stage.
